This quote sounds so true to me because every one of us are going through something or the other in our lives. I believe the struggle is what makes us a fighter and become stronger too.

Life is unpredictable and it throws countless obstacles at us, and we get caught up in our problems that we forget that this is just a temporary phase in our lives. We think that we won’t pass the test of life ever because we get so fatigue but it is all worth it when we get through these difficulties!

There are moments in our lives that are amazing, beautiful, and wonderful that we should not forget but to understand the meaning of life and value it there are sorrows which are given to us so that we should appreciate more.

Thinking about Diet and Weight loss!

Everyone is conscious about their weight these days and they tend to follow many diet charts. On the other hand, they love eating several kinds of food too. They can’t control themselves when it comes to food which reminds me of this phrase, no pain no gain.

I am going to list some of the ways to control our diet and weight loss: 

  • We should workout everyday which includes stretches for better flexibility
  • Eat a balanced diet which includes from fruits, salads such as quinoa one, and vegetables
  • Drink lots of water
  • Avoid fried and junk food
  • Spend some time in sunlight because it has vitamin D which is good for us
  • Home cooked food is best rather than eating from restaurants
  • Go for jogging and morning walk daily

Weight loss is one of the popular issues now in the world and everyone is doing what they feel is right for them to do. I suggest that we should follow a healthy and safe diet which is best for our body and mind. People will be brainwashing you to try all sorts of new ways and things that will be successful for your diet but don’t get yourself trapped in their talks!

There are several kinds of desserts around the world that makes our mouths watery. Everyone has their favorite dessert which they love to eat on occasions, and they can have it any time as well.

My favorite dessert from different countries includes the following:

  • Rasgulla, Kalakand, and Pistachio barfi which are from India.
  • Tiramisu from Italy.
  • Chocolate mousse and eclair from France.
  • Cupcakes from United States of America.
  • Dark chocolate from South America.
  • Custard which is a part of European cuisine since at least Ancient Rome.
  • Doughnuts from Germany.
