Diabetes is a disease where our blood sugars get too high. These days several people including children are becoming a victim of diabetes too. We should be careful and maintain a healthy lifestyle which includes from eating a balanced diet.
- Avoid consuming desserts and oily foods.
- Drink plenty of water.
- Quit smoking.
- Follow a very low-Carb diet.
- Lose weight if you are overweight.
- Work out regularly.
- Watch portion sizes!
My father has diabetes from past a decade and he takes good care of himself by following these precautions except he does not smoke. He made a routine of working out every day which involves yoga for 2 hours and he feels great after exercising. He has experienced that when he cuts bread down from his lunch and dinner his blood sugar gets in controlled. My papa does this to sustain an active future! He is punctual about his fitness.
As said by Halle Berry… “People think it’s hard to cut out sugar, but it can be done. You just have to put some effort in.”
